The Expert Technical Service Department

The Technical Service Department of International Thermal Systems provides International support for ALL makes and models of thermal processing equipment. Our technical expertise will keep your industrial oven, furnace, or washer system in optimal operating condition thus extending the life of the equipment.

The ITS Technical Support Team travels the globe to:

  • Provide field installation or supervision with ITS equipment.
  • Preform de-bug, start-up, operator and maintenance training with ITS equipment.
  • Provide our customers with quotes and/or actual spare parts, repair or replacement parts, for industrial ovens, furnaces, and washer systems.
  • Provide technical support to customers who are experiencing processing issues with their equipment or those who want to try a different process with their current equipment.
  • Process Warranty Claims on defective parts and or equipment.
  • Provide retrofit work, system audits, or any installation or service for industrial ovens, furnaces, and washer systems.
