Curing Conveyor Ovens
INTERNATIONAL THERMAL SYSTEMS has shipped and installed a curing conveyor oven with a cooler to a US manufacturer. The oven cures adhesive to bond rubber and metal components. The continuous conveyor oven with cooler is an electric heated oven with a maximum operating temperature of 450° degrees. Heated air is delivered vertically through the work chamber. When heated, the oven has the capability of processing 1270 pounds of steel and rubber parts per hour. Read more about this custom conveyor oven.

INTERNATIONAL THERMAL SYSTEMS has shipped and installed a large custom batch oven for a leading remanufacturer of substation and distribution transformers. The oven will be used to process a variety of transformer sizes. To meet the stringent requirements of the process, ITS incorporated Three5 Airflow Technology. This airflow provides excellent temperature uniformity, reduces operating costs and increases throughput of their product.
